What the yearly fee does not buy

Updates, support and every feature listed above are covered by the Rs 35,000 you pay once. The Rs 5,000 a year adds off-site backup copies and nothing else. If you never pay it, InFastPOS keeps working exactly as it does today — that is what “lifetime” has to mean to be worth printing.

One computer

Why the licence is tied to one PC

InFastPOS runs offline, which means the database lives on the machine rather than on a server we control. A licence therefore covers the machine it is installed on.

What one licence covers
Computers	One. A second till needs a second licence.
Staff logins	10, each with their own PIN and permissions.
Products, orders, customers	No limit.
Expiry	None. It does not stop working.
Updates	Included, for as long as we publish them.
Moving to a new computer	Free. Requested from your account, approved by us — usually the same day.

Your computer dies — you do not lose the licence

Ask for a transfer from your account, tell us what happened, and we free the seat. There is no charge and no limit on how many times.

Why we review the transfer rather than automating it

A seat that frees itself on demand is a one-PC licence that quietly runs three shops. Being honest about it: the review exists to protect the price, and it takes hours rather than days.

A second till

A second computer needs its own licence. If you are opening a second counter or a second branch, tell us — we do not make you find that out at the activation screen.
