When we give your money back
The trial exists so you decide before paying. If something still goes wrong, this is what happens.
Why there is a trial instead of a refund window
The 15-day trial is the complete product with nothing switched off. It exists so that you find out whether InFastPOS suits your shop before any money changes hands, which is a better arrangement for both of us than an argument afterwards.
When we refund
- Within 14 days of purchase, if the software does not do something we told you it does. Tell us what is missing; if we cannot fix it promptly, you get your money back in full.
- Duplicate payment. Refunded in full as soon as it is identified, whether or not you noticed it first.
- A fault we cannot fix. If a defect prevents you trading and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, we refund the unused part of the term.
When we do not
- After 14 days, where the software works as described and you have decided to use something else.
- For a feature that was never claimed. If it matters to you, ask before buying — we will tell you plainly whether it exists.
- Where the licence has been used beyond its terms.
How to ask
Call, WhatsApp or email with your shop name and what went wrong. There is no form and no ticket queue. Approved refunds go back by the way you paid, usually within seven working days.
Your data if you leave
It stays on your computer, and you can export or back it up at any time, including after a refund. We do not delete or lock anything you recorded.
