Licence terms, in plain words
What you are buying, what it lets you do, and what happens at the end of the term.
What you are buying
A licence to run InFastPOS on a stated number of computers, for a stated term, at a stated number of branches. The plan limits published on the pricing page are the limits the licence server actually enforces — they are not marketing figures.
What a licence permits
- Installing and running InFastPOS on up to the number of tills your plan allows, within your own business.
- Moving a licence seat to a replacement computer by releasing the old device from Settings. There is no charge or waiting period for this.
- Receiving updates for the licence term.
What it does not permit
- Reselling, sublicensing or renting the software to another business.
- Modifying or reverse engineering the software, except where Pakistani law expressly grants that right regardless of this agreement.
- Running more tills than the plan covers by sharing one licence key.
When a licence ends
On expiry, InFastPOS stops recording new sales. It does not stop you reading, exporting or backing up what you already recorded. Your trading history is yours, and withholding it to force a renewal would be indefensible — so we do not.
Your data and your backups
Because the software runs on your computer, keeping working backups is ultimately your responsibility. InFastPOS takes automatic local backups and keeps the last fourteen, and can upload copies if you enable it. We cannot recover data from a failed drive that was never backed up.
What we do not promise
The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects or that it will fit a purpose we have not discussed with you. Our liability is limited to the licence fee you paid. Nothing here removes rights that Pakistani consumer law gives you and that cannot be signed away.
Support
Support is by phone, WhatsApp and email during business hours, and is included for the licence term. It covers using the software and fixing faults in it. It does not cover repairing your computer, your network or your printer, though we will usually tell you what is wrong with them.
Changing these terms
If we change them, the licence you already hold continues under the terms in force when you bought it, for the rest of its term.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Jhang, Punjab have jurisdiction.
